Kyle T. Lynch, partner, was born in Glen Cove, New York. Mr. Lynch received
a BA from Hartwick College in 1996 and an AASD from
Johnson & Wales
University in 1998. He received a JD from Hofstra University
Law School 2003, when he formed Lynch Legal Associates with his father
James J.
Lynch.
Mr. Lynch is admitted to practice law in New
York State, United States Tax Court, as well as the
United States District Court’s
Eastern and Southern Districts. He is a member of the
American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association,
the Nassau County Bar Association,
the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the New
York County Bar Association, and the New York Trial
Lawyers Association. Mr. Lynch is
listed in Who’s Who in American Law. He serves as a mediator in
Hempstead District Court and is a member of the Volunteer
Lawyers Project.
