Senior partner James J. Lynch has practiced law since 1966 when he joined the Department of Justice in the Federal Bureau of Investigation. In 1970 he joined the firm of Frank and E. George Lawkins. In 1971 the firm became Lawkins & Lynch and in 1985 Mr. Lynch became a sole practitioner. Mr. Lynch has been awarded an “AV” rating by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, the highest rating for an attorney who has practiced law for many years and who has demonstrated the highest levels of skill and integrity. In 2003 Mr. Lynch’s successful practice became Lynch Legal Associates, LLP when Kyle T. Lynch joined the firm.
